Thermoplastic materials are materials based on polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

PET thermoplastic materials offer excellent dimensional stability, resist creep and temperature well, as well as possessing intrinsically excellent electrical properties. They also advantageously replace metals, thermosets, or other thermoplastic polymers. Among the applications of these materials you can find car components, heads for electric motors, microswitches, electric coils, sockets for lamps, etc.

-High mechanical resistance, rigidity and toughness

- Self-extinguishing class UL 94 = V0

-Dielectric strength according to IEC 243 standards - 1 = 33 KV/mm

-Water absorption 24 h, ISO 62 standards = 0.17 %

-Operating temperatures according to UL 1446 standards = 200° C CLASS H
